Helping HeartStrong Help Others
Posted by Marc Adams at 2:05am We are now into our first week of our 40th
Outreach and Education trip. We are in very conservative Tennesse and glad
to be here!

We will be spending the rest of the week here doing outreach work. It's
been about six years since we've been to this part of the country and we
will be here at three different points during this trip.

January is almost over and HeartStrong has only received three donations.
Typically we receive at least 36 each month. This is a very difficult time
for us.

We want to challenge all of our HeartStrong friends to consider making a
pledge or at least a one time donation to HeartStrong.

It's SO easy to make a donation. Just click here
http://heartstrong.org/HeartStrong/125012100.html

Your donation is tax deduction and as usual goes a long way to helping
HeartStrong help others.

We need $7000.00 for this four month outreach and education trip and we
are starting with pretty much nothing.

In addition to making your own donation, encourage your friends to do the
same! No gift is too small. In fact, if everyone reading this email would
make a $20 donation today, we would have the $ needed at least for this
trip.

If you want to make a pledge and have your donation charged monthly to a
credit card, just send me an email at marcadams at heartstrong.org

Thanks for your help! It is only because of the support of HeartStrong
Friends like you that we are able to do that work.

You can make your donation here
http://heartstrong.org/HeartStrong/125012100.html
or you can snail mail your donation to : HeartStrong, PO Box 2051,
Seattle, WA 98111

Thanks so much and we look forward to hearing from all of you!

Marc Adams
Executive Director

PS Our next HeartStrong Forum is this coming Thursday and is sponsored by
PFLAG Tri Cities in Johnson City TN. If you are in that area we'd love to
see you!
