[HeartStrongList] 2nd Week Complete

Hi Everyone,

Wow, it's been an exciting week.  This past Sunday we were hosted by the
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Humboldt County CA.  This was our
first time in the Eureka/Bayside area of Northern California.  Lots of
tall Redwoods and friendly faces at our two forums.

Monday, we were hosted by PFLAG San Ramon CA outside of San Francisco. 
Not only did this chapter provide a generous $100 donation to HeartStrong
but they also took the HS Outreach Team.. all two of us.. to dinner.  It's
rare that that happens and we are VERY appreciative!

On Wednesday our HeartStrong forum was at the South Orange County chapter
of PFLAG.  This chapter also made a generous $100 donation to HeartStrong.
 We haven't visited with this chapter in nearly four years.  It was nice
to come back to friendly faces and make new friends too!  Several members
from this PFLAG chapter have been long time supporters of HeartStrong for
which we are extremely grateful!

Tomorrow (Saturday), the UU Fellowship of San Luis Obispo is hosting a
special HeartStrong Community event and I will be speaking at their
regular Sunday morning service.  This is our first visit to San Luis
Obispo and we are looking forward to it!

Monday the Santa Rosa chapter of PFLAG is hosting us at the UU Church of
Mendocino County.  This chapter is part of the PFLAG chapter group which
recently gave HeartStrong a $3000.00 grant for this trip.

We only have to raise an additional $2400.00 to have all of the funds
needed for the rest of this trip.  Thanks to your help we are getting
closer!
