Hi Everyone...

First, Happy New Year!

Second, I wanted to let everyone know that this year we will be sending
out weekly updates on our work and activities.  If there is an urgent
occasion, you might hear from us more than that, but generally there will
only be weekly updates.  This will better help us manage responses and you
to manage your inbox.

Also, a reminder that responding to our email list sends your email right
to the dead letter pile.  If you wish to contact me, please do so at

We've added some new information to the site.  There is a special article
about Robbie Kirkland on our home page in the news section.  You can read
more about him in my Executive Director letter also on the site.  This was
a special young man with a fantastic family.

You can also meet our newest volunteer, Jen by clicking on her photo on
the home page as well.

The most exciting addition is a special gallery of some of the pictures
from some of our school visits over the past ten years.  We have dozens
and dozens of visit photos and will be adding more as we have time.  Feel
free to check it out!

Columbia SC airing on January 21, 2007.  If you don't live there, you
will be able to listen to the program on line immediately following

We are starting the new year with about $2200.00 still left over from
expenses from last year.  If you are able to help us with that, there's no
