[HeartStrongList] Giving Thanks

Hi everyone...

Aside from all of the work we have yet to do on this outreach/educational
trip, we wanted to take just one moment and say thank you to everyone who
has made it a point to support HeartStrong.  We are truly greatful for the
financial support of everyone.

Your gifts make a difference and are the only way that we are able to do
this work.  So, thank you!

With that said, it must be said that now is one of those times that we
need your support.  We are way behind in donations at this point in our
trip.  We still have four weeks to go and we still need about $3000.00. 
If anyone is able to help us with that, it would be greatly appreciated.
