Hi everyone,
It's finally almost officially summer!

We have a very exciting announcement that we are only making on our email
list today.

Thanks to our friends at the Sawchuk Family Foundation, HeartStrong is
about to announce the implementation of a LiveSupport feature for our
students.

Generally, LiveSupport features are for customer service items on websites
but we decided to implement it to use to communicate directly with
students visiting our site.  When one of our volunteers is available,
students can go online and speak to someone live.  It's kind of like an
Instant Message only more secure.

The feature is now live on our home page.  When myself or another
volunteer is online, the words, Live Support Online, appear.  If no
volunteer is available it simply says we are offline.

We tested this program with students several months ago and with fantastic
results.  This also allows us to refer students in crisis to local or
national suicide preventation contacts.

We will be making a public announcement early next week about this feature
but feel free to go online and check it out.  And test it out if one of us
is online.

We will be making two more announcements in the coming week about
additional features being added to the site so watch your email!

Changing the subject somewhat, we are still in need of your financial
