[HeartStrongList] Exciting News about our Upcoming Outreach Trip!

Hi Everyone,

The year is quickly slipping past us.  We have spent the past three months
doing outreach/educational work mostly here in the NW as well as preparing
for our monumental Fall outreach trip which begins on August 11.  There is
more about this trip in my ED message on http://www.heartstrong.org

I want to say thank you for the continued financial support. Especially
from Tony Biehl and others who have given to help us reach our goal of
having all of our funds BEFORE we being the trip.

The total for the first part of the Fall outreach trip (running through
September 28) was $10,000.00  As the summer has passed we have received
enough donations to the point that we only need to raise an additional
$6,500.00 to meet our needs.

Might be a bit to raise before the end of next week, but we have faith
that one or two or more of you out there will help us reach our goal.  If
you are able to make a donation to help us you can do so by going to
http://www.heartstrong.org and clicking on the "donate" button on the left
of the home page.  You may also send your donation via regular mail by
sending it to HeartStrong, PO Box 2051, Seattle WA 98111.  If you want to
make a donation over the phone, just call me at 206-351-9993.

Did you know that California is the state with the most religious schools?
 Did you also know that San Francisco County is the county with the
largest number of schools and students in the state?  (according the the
CA Dept of Education)

Those are just two reasons why we will be spending a considerable amount
of time in CA in the first portion of this trip.  So many students there
need to find our message and so many friendly people need to know more
about what is happening in their own communities.

So, your financial help is of the utmost importance.  Remember,
HeartStrong is an all volunteer organization.  Your donation is tax
deductible and greatly appreciated.

We are almost ready to announce our silent auctions that will be held
